Description
Senna leaves (Senna Alexandrina) have laxative effect inducing defecation thanks to their antrochinonic heterosids. Senna is a very well know herb, very efficient against constipation. In most cases the laxative effect could be delayed and appear 10-12 hours after drinking this tea.
