Ingredients: Couch grass, hawthorn, bilberry leaves, milkweed root, stinging nettle leaves, common centaury, myrtle leaves, goat's rue, linden flowers, bean husks, etc.

Curative properties: In this tea there are mixtures of different medicinal plants that act directly to reduce blood sugar and that act on the glands as a whole: the medicinal goat's rue has hypoglycemic properties in its galegine alkaloid (Guanidine Derivatives) that are found in abundance in the seeds of the plant. The nettle and bilberry leaves have a sufficient anti-diabetic effect (experimentally proven). The bean husk contain mineral salts, amino acids, etc. in addition to the anti-diabetic action, the tea also has diuretic and laxative properties, which are enhanced by the presence of milky root, which promotes the production of bile. This mixture makes the tea effective for treating mild forms of diabetes. The couch grass contains triticin which is similar to insulin. Myrtle leaves reduce the amount of sugar in the blood.

Preparation: Add two teaspoons of the mixture to a cup of water, and slowly boil for about 5-10 minutes. Leave covered for 10-15 min. Strain and drink warm or cold as desired. Up to 2-3 doses per day are recommended.
