Ingredients: Mallow root, wild thyme, yarrow, coltsfoot leaves, marshmallow flowers, lavender flowers, etc.

Wild thyme, lavender, and yarrow complement the anti-asthmatic action and help expel phlegm. Coltsfoot leaves are effective against asthma, especially in the approaching phase of the crisis. This tea gives quite good results against bronchial asthma if used regularly.
Preparation: Put two tablespoons of herbs in a container where half a liter of cold water is added. Cover the container and bring to a boil slowly for 5 min. Leave covered to cool for an hour and drain. Drink 3-4 times a day, one cup before each meal. Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
