Composition: Hawthorn flower, chamomile, lemon balm, pennyroyal, sage, german iris, common hop, willow bark.
Curative properties: The plants combined in this tea, complementing each other's actions, give it a complete calming effect on various neuroses, insomnia, nervous fatigue and headaches. The common hop has mild hypnotic and sedative properties that combine with the very good antispasmodic and sedative properties of chamomile, hawthorn and pennyroyal leaves, as well as the mild hypnotic properties of lemon balm. Orchard leaves relieve bronchial spasms and have anti-neuralgic properties. The sage leaf and pennyroyal act on nervous disturbances, dizziness and fainting. The willow bark and its contents like balicines soothes the pains in neuralgia and acts significantly against insomnia.
Preparation: Add a tablespoon of the mixture into a cup of boiling water. Leave for 5-10 minutes. Strain and drink sweetened with sugar or honey. Up to 2 cups of tea per day can be taken.
