Curative Properties: Jasmine tea is an aromatic and delicious blend of green tea and jasmine. The fresh Jasmine flowers join the green tea leaves, where, releasing the moisture, they flavor the tea with the herbal composition and aromatic fragrances. In China it is a tradition to welcome friends with a Jasmine tea where the flowers of this plant are a symbol of eternal love and a sacred symbol of Buddhism. Recent studies have shown that drinking jasmine tea improves immunity. Contains several types of antioxidants that protect the membrane of red blood cells.
Preparation: One filter is recommended to be used for one cup of tea. Add freshly boiled water (100 ºC) to the cup, trying not to pour it on top of the filter, to avoid bloating it. Leave for 5-6 minutes and then consume, sweetening with honey or sugar as desired. It can be accompanied by a slice of lemon or orange.
