Composition: St. John's wort (Hypericum Perforatum)
Curative Properties: St. John's wort has been known and used since ancient times as a folk medicine. It helps with stomach burns and ulcers, bronchial asthma, headaches, helps with problems of the digestive system, rheumatism and gout (inflammations that occur in the limbs caused by high uric acid content). It helps to cleanse the intestines from worm infections and is also known as a very effective natural antidepressant and sedative. It helps in the functioning of the liver.
Preparation: In a cup (200ml) where freshly boiled water has been poured, add the amount of a tablespoon of 1-2 grams of the preparation. Cover with a lid and leave for 10-12 minutes. Strain and drink sweetened with sugar or honey twice a day.
