Melissa tea has good sedative, antispasmodic, carminative, choleretic, etc. abilities. It excels in its ability to release muscle cramps, release gases from the intestines, helps produce bile in the liver, slows down heartrate, lowers high blood pressure, helps with insomnia, calms neuroses and psychoneurotic disorders.
