Properties: Wild apple is rich in Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, C, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Protein, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Copper, Manganese, Omega 3 fatty acids, Omega 6 fatty acids, Natural fats, Carbohydrates. Antioxidants from cinnamon stabilize blood sugar levels and reduce carbohydrate cravings. Cinnamon also helps with poor digestion and reduces triglycerides. It has three effects: it does not contain calories, cleanses the body of toxins and accelerates metabolism.
Preparation: One filter is recommended to be used for one cup of tea. Add freshly boiled water (100 ºC) to the cup, trying not to pour it on top of the filter, to avoid bloating it. Leave for 5-6 minutes and then consume, sweetening with honey or sugar as desired. It can be accompanied by a slice of lemon or orange.
