Ingredients: Birch leaves, hawthorn flowers, stinging nettle leaves, common fumitory, milkweed root, horsetail, wild rose, common mistletoe, cherry leaves, artichoke, olive leaves.
Curative properties: the plants combined in this herbal mixture have a cholagogue and choleretic effect, which means that they increase the production of bile, reducing the level of cholesterol in the blood. Birch has an effect on reducing the levels of bad cholesterol in the blood and increasing the levels of good cholesterol (HDL). It helps to eliminate excess fluids by directly affecting sodium-potassium exchange in the kidneys. Thanks to its acids, choline, chalcolide and other ingredients, radish has a regenerative effect on the blood, affects bile production and reduces cholesterol levels. Artichoke promotes the production of bile and affects the metabolism of cholesterol and urea, having a diuretic effect. Other plants affect the elimination of uric acid, expand blood vessels, fighting hypertension and lowering cholesterol levels.
Preparation: Add a tablespoon of mixture to a cup of water, bring to a slow boil and after boiling, remove and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Strain and drink, warm or cold, sweetened as desired. Take 2-3 such doses a day.
