Curative Properties: Due to the property of the linden flower to promote body sweat, it is recommended to consume this tea to combat diseases caused by colds and associated with fever (runny nose, cough, phlegm, etc.).

Preparation: One filter is recommended to be used for one cup of tea. Add freshly boiled water (100 ºC) to the cup, trying not to pour it on top of the filter, to avoid bloating it. Leave for 5-6 minutes and then consume, sweetening with honey or sugar as desired. It can be accompanied by a slice of lemon or orange.
