Curative properties: The yarrow contains essence with azulene, cineole, aquilein, vitamin K, tannins, etc., that helps relieve spasms of the soft muscles (spasmolytic), especially of the uterus, cramps and stomach pains of nervous origin, as a reliever and regulator. Chamomile works as a natural sedative. The sage reduces excessive night sweats in the climacteric period by easing the menstrual cycle and also helps in blood circulation. Preparation: Add a teaspoon of mixture to a cup of water, heat and slowly bring to a boil. Cover and leave to rest for 10-15 min. Strain and drink sweetened or unsweetened, warm or cold, as desired. It is recommended to take 2-3 doses per day.
