Preparation: One filter is recommended to be used for one cup of tea. Add freshly boiled water (100 ºC) to the cup, trying not to pour it on top of the filter, to avoid bloating it. Leave for 5-6 minutes and then consume, sweetening with honey or sugar as desired. It can be accompanied by a slice of lemon or orange.
