Composition: Linden flowers, chamomile, lemon balm, St. John's wort, willow bark, common hop flowers, mint leaves, etc.

Curative properties: The plants combined in this herbal mixture complement each other's actions and thus give the tea a complete calming effect of various neuroses, nervous insomnia, nervous fatigue associated with insomnia and headaches. The common hop, thanks to its essence and lupolone, calms the central nervous system, relieves the undesirable state during nervous tension and induces sleep. Chamomile and mint leaves have quite good antispasmodic and sedative properties. Linden flowers contain various essences and substances that improve the nervous condition and therefore facilitate sleep. Willow bark has soothing properties in insomnia and lemon balm has mild soporific properties.

Preparation: Pour one and a half teaspoons of the mixture into a container of water (more or less, the amount needed for a cup of tea). Leave for 6-7 hours, during which time it is advisable to mix 3-4 times. After reaching the time and mixing as above, heat the liquid slowly. Be careful not to boil it, as doing so will remove a part of the plant extracts rendering the tea less potent. Drink sweetened with sugar or honey as desired. Recommended to drink once or twice a day, at lunch and in the evening, preferably before a meal.
